This stuff is an integral part of our pandemic snack arsenal. The GG usually picks them up at the Aldi a couple blocks away but I won’t let him go inside there and I’m pretty sure they don’t have curbside or delivery, at least not easily schedule-able. So a while back I ordered one of these from some online outfit to try it out. It was good and the shipping was fine – i.e., it took a while for them to ship it but when they did it was FedEx overnight and it arrived cold and iced in an insulated bag.

So I ordered three more. Or so I thought. What arrived today was three CASES! Six in a case so 18 total! Holy Toledo! And it was MY ERROR! I guess this cancels out the duplicate coffee grinder that I received that I didn’t order or pay for? It was more or less the same price.

I started loading a bunch of them into my already jam-packed freezer and then I thought, hmmm, maybe my grocery delivery rodent would like a few and maybe this or that local friend/relative. So I put out some text messages and it looks like at least some of them will be taken off my hands. Anything left from that, I will freeze. I think it’ll freeze okay. Might change the texture but as another beach urchin pointed out, heating it up in the oven would probably mitigate that.
