Ick.
I was ultra sleepy this morning.
I did not get up on time.
That meant that I only had time to do two thirds of my usual 0-skunk-30 powerwalk.
When I was halfway to work, I realized that the Ninja’s tire pressure warning light was lit.
I hate dashboard lights.
I mean, I suppose I’d rather know that the tire pressure is low before the tire goes flat on the freeway.
But I still hate dashboard lights.
Then I got to work.
I was still sleepy.
I am a morning person. I am not usually sleepy in the morning.
I started to zone out in my cube.
So I went in search of coffee.
The coffee was in the blue-handled pot.
That means extra strong.
I drank 1-1/2 cups.
That was not a good idea.
I got jittery as all get-out.
I had to do my mid-year performance self-evaluation today.
I was late and the Long Suffering Cat Herding Person had to remind me even though I have been getting emails from the company about it every day for about two weeks.
On top of that, I had deleted all of the emails — which had INSTRUCTIONS in them (yes, that was stupid) — so I had to get the LSCHP to forward me a link to the instructions.
It was okay. Everybody else (including the LSCHP) was late too.
My team does not like to do performance evaluations.
We really don’t have jobs that are quantifiable in terms of percentages and other metrics.
At least I didn’t have any problems with passwords today, unlike a couple of my co-workers.
I won’t blahg about anything else that went on today but I am home now and finally getting un-jitterified.
But I am hot and sweaty.
I am not going to drink coffee out of that blue-handled pot tomorrow.

When I order coffee, the most I can have are 2 shots, NEVER 3. And if I have coffee twice in a day, it has to be decaf. I get so jittery that I can’t sit still and I talk 100 miles a minute. Very annoying to myself and others. Hope tomorrow is way better.

I guess taking a couple of “Beam Blockers” and then doing your self-evaluation wouldn’t have been a good idea either. LOL
I like your Pay No Mind picture too. Where did you or the GG find it?

My Midland co-worker was late to work yesterday because of a flat tire… and this was the spare that was put on over the weekend due to the ORIGINAL flat tire… so she wound up with new tires on all 4 corners. Good thing, because she was in Flint today! Would have been awful if it happened on US-10 or I-75!!!
So… is the Ninja feeling any better?
