Live from the user experience conference
Oh, just click (and turn up the sound, and wait a minute).
Still here at the UX conference listening to a panel discussion where a really nice, intelligent 30-something young man expressed an opinion that a baby-boomer (uh, that would be moi) would probably approach the idea of a blahg with something like, “well what would I talk about?”
And now they’re talking about how female baby boomers like to knit and so they might not have a blahg or a myspace but they are probably on ravelry.
I think I should be *on* this panel !!

p.s. i’m so glad the stereo at the end is called a “ghettoblaster.” that’s a wonderful example of the influence of modern american english on languages throughout the world gone wonderfully awry.
